The 10Q20UF.HR20 FemtoOptics Ultrafast Mirror is 25.4 mm in diameter and 6.35 mm thickness, λ/10 flatness, and 10-5 scratch-dig. Designed for near normal angle of incidence to have high reflection at 267 nm, these mirrors are ideally suited for the distortion free steering of sub 20 femtosecond deep UV pulses.
