Excimer Laser Mirror, High Energy, 25.4 mm Diameter, 25.4 mm, 45°, 351-353 nm

The 10QM20EM.35 is a 25.4 mm diameter, 6.35 mm thick High Energy Excimer Laser Mirror coated for 351-353 nm. Its reflectivity at this wavelength is greater than 99% for both s- and p-polarization, and it is optimized for 45° AOI.

Newport's High Energy Excimer Laser Mirrors feature ultra-hard dielectric coatings on UV Grade Fused Silica substrates to resist damage from high power lasers. The coating is highly durable and will withstand repeated cleaning.
