Tip/Tilt and Rotation Platform, AJS Adjustment Screws, 1/4-20 Thread

The 37S Tilt & Rotation Platform provides full, three-axis angular orientation freedom. It features two ±4° tilt adjustments plus ±4° rotation via 3 AJS Adjustment Screws that allow a component to be oriented parallel with an arbitrary plane. It is kinematic, with hardened and polished steel ball pivots and spring-preloaded spherical-tipped adjustments acting on hardened steel seats. When used with an XYZ stage, it provides six degrees of freedom for total positioning capability.

Linear Stage Compatible

These tilt stages are ideally suited for mounting linear translations stages like the 423 and 443 to provide assemblies with full alignment capability. On the left, the 443 linear stage is mounted atop the Model 39 which provides tip/tilt adjustment. On the right, Model 36 is mount to an xy stack of 423 linear stages.
