The 66995 Research Series QTH Source comes complete with all the necessary components to begin work. This source includes a lamp housing for QTH lamps, an OPS-Q250, your choice of a 50, 100 or 250 W QTH lamp (specify when ordering), and all necessary cables and mounting hardware. The lamp housing isn't just an enclosure for the lamp, it provides a temperature controlled environment to run the lamp efficiently and it holds the condensing optics and rear reflector to collect the lamp radiation. Reflector and lamp adjusters let you position the filament and its image for highest output. The OPS-Q250 runs 45 to 250 W QTH lamps, at a constant current or constant power. Via an RS 232 or USB interface, you have full access to all the control and monitoring features of the power supply, from your PC. You can power the supply on and off, set the current/power preset and limit, and monitor the current, voltage, power, and operating hours. For applications requiring long-term output stability we recommend you use the LIK-LMP. These sources run 45 to 100 W lamps. We have socket adapters to hold the lamp in a vertical (filament is horizontal) or horizontal (filament is vertical) position. This version uses a F/1.5 Single Element Fused Silica condenser for a 1.3 inch collimated output via a 1.5 Inch Series flange.
