The 9066-XY-R-V-M Vacuum Compatible Right-Handed Configured Stainless Steel Crossed-Roller Bearing Linear Translation Stage is a 12.7 mm travel linear translation stage that provides low-profile, high-stability, linear translation for systems that do not need vertical adjustment. These stages are clean assembled and utilize low vapor pressure grease appropriate for vacuum and clean environments. 9066 series stages feature a generous pattern of eight M2.5, ten M4 and three M6 threaded mounting holes. Actuators are not included. We recommend the 8301-V vacuum compatible picomotor actuators for vacuum applications.
