Optical Fiber Bracket, Four Position, FC Connectors
The 9096 Fiber Bracket is based upon feedback from our own fiber-optic engineers. With four bulkhead FC input connectors, the Model 9096 gives you quick, convenient, and secure couplings between connectorized fibers. For example, we use patch cords and these brackets to reduce damage to expensive equipment that needs to be repeatedly connected and disconnected One end of the patch cord is connected to the equipment and the other to the fiber bracket so all the wear and tear of connecting and disconnecting occurs to the inexpensive and easily replaceable patch cord, rather than the expensive equipment or source. And, because the fiber bracket securely mounts to your optical table or breadboard, you won't have to tape fibers to your table or breadboard, or end up with a fiber-optic tangle.
