The 919P-150-16HR thermal power/energy laser measurement sensor with a high damage threshold for high repetition rate pulsed lasers. It has a 16 mm aperture and can measure power from 0.3 to 150 W continuously and to 200 W intermittently. The high damage threshold CM absorber covers the 248 nm to 9.4 µm wavelength range and has a damage threshold of 35 kW/cm² for high repetition rates. The sensor comes with a standard 1.5 meter cable for connecting to a meter and a 2.25 inch long 1/2 inch diameter post with a 1/4-20 tapped hole on both ends.
The CM absorber is designed for use with high repetition lasers (>10 kHz) with ultra-short pulses of ns and ps, for which there are more damage threshold mechanisms in addition to the thermal effects and the sensor can be damaged due to ablation of the surface after long use.
