High Temp Step Index Multimode Fiber, 250-1100 nm, 0.22 NA, 200µm Core

The F-MCC-T (Mfg. P/N: CF04406-03) high-temperature, pure silica, step index, multimode Sensor Grade Fiber features a core diameter of 200 μm. A silica 220 μm cladding enhances the fibers’ strength and fatigue resistance. This high-temperature, all-silica, high OH-sensor grade fiber features a polyimide buffer coating. The fiber's upper operating range is extended to +300°C (short term temperature excursion to 400°C), while its chemical and abrasion resistance is increased. A high NA of 0.22 allows greater coupling efficiencies. It's typical 250-1100 nm applications include medical, industrial and avionic sensors and instruments. The operating temperature of the F-MCB-T is -65°C to +300°C. Due to its high temperature applications, the cable is not jacketed.
This bare fiber does not include a protective fiber jacket. Standard pricing is per meter. The following volume discount schedule is applied when ordering continuous lengths of optical fiber: 10 - 49 m: 15%, 50 - 99 m: 22%, 100 - 499 m: 25%, and ≥ 500 m: 28%.
