Replacement Fast Steering MirrorsThe FSM-300-M-01 Fast Steering Mirror Assembly is a set of 1 inch (25.4 mm) diameter mirror holder and UVFS Enhanced Aluminum (AL.2) coated mirror for 250 to 600 nm wavelength range. It is a required accessory for FSM-300-NM and can also be used as a replacment to upgrade the wavelength range of FSM-300-01 / FSM-300-02 Fast Steering Mirror Systems.
