The LCM-39420 Current Source/TE Controller Module is a precision laser controller (current source and temperature controller) module for use in the LDC- 3900 Modular Laser Diode Controller. The integrated laser diode current source provides up to 200mA of high stability low noise current output with integrated laser diode protection circuits. Standard current source features include constant current and constant power operation modes. The LCM39420 also includes an 8W thermoelectric temperature controller that is compatible with thermistor, IC and RTD temperature sensors providing convenience and flexibility over a broad range of temperature control applications.
