The LPM635-08C Laser Diode Module is an economical choice for applications that only need laser diode modules with simple, more economical fixed output power supply The LPM modules include the diode and collimating optics in a single case. This Fabry-Perot (FP) 635 nm Laser Diode Module with 8 mW CW circular beam (using a microlens) comes in a self contained module. It requires a 5 VDC external power supply.

LPMS Power Supplies

LPMS Series Power Supplies (sold separately) are more than just power supplies. This is a key instrument that will make the LPM and LQC laser diode modules CDRH-compliant. It provides an interlock input, key enable switch, delayed start-up, and laser active indicator. Laser modules in the range of 635-2330 nm require a 5 VDC power source. (Note: Warranty is not applicable when a custom power supply is used to drive the laser diode module.)
