The M-HVM-1lt is a vertical drive optic mount specifically designed for thin 1-in. optics with a thickness of 2 mm or less. The HVM’s unique ball-and-wedge drive mechanism enhances the overall performance by reducing stiction and backlash to negligible levels while maintaining a compact and robust package. This mount also features a unique spring faceplate to greatly reduce wave front distortion compared to standard set screw retained optics. The mount has standard features like a 1 inch optical axis height, 100 TPI hex key locking actuators, and an exceptionally thin 16 mm profile.
