ODiate® Excitation Filter, 25.0 mm, 564.5 nm CWL, 48.6 nm FWHM

The OD8-EX565-49-B Excitation Filter is specified for excitaiton of mCherry and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EM629-52-B and OD8-DCL596-D. The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 565 nm CWL and 49 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding emission passband.

The coating systems used to produce ODiate filters use a dense sputtering process to provide robust environmental reliability to meet the highest demands for thin-film coatings. The resulting highly durable coatings meet or exceed testing procedures including humidity, thermal shock, adhesion, chemical resistance, and moderate abrasion per U.S. Military and international standards.
