The VPH-1.5SC Swivel Clamp Optical Post Holder has a 1.5 inch height, base magnet for initial positioning, and a swivel clamp for aligning with optical table holes for final lock down.  The swivel clamp optical post holder also incorporates a spring-loaded brake shoe design which applies a constant force to 0.5 in. (12.7 mm)  diameter optical posts even when the thumbscrew is loosened. This allows the orientation of an optical mount to be easily adjusted with one hand.
