The Stability center mounts use thread-matched adjustment screws and sapphire seats which provide very smooth movement and exceptional long-term stability. These mounts are designed with a unique optic-retention system that optimizes stability while minimizing wavefront distortion. Mirror installation and removal are simple, fast, and require no adhesives.

The 9811 and 9817 models feature two mounting holes per side for enhanced long-time stability. They also have alignment pin holes (shown in red) on the bottom to enable keying of the position and orientation for repeatable system integration and to prevent clocking effects. (Note: Dowel pins not included with the mount.) This is especially helpful in OEM applications.
