Tighten or Loosen Standard Optical Support Rods
With this rod wrench, tighten or loosen standard optical support rods to a sturdy surface within an optical table. Typically, optical support rods are mounted directly to the optical table. This is ideal for use with English or metric rod models 40, 41, 70 and 71.
13-inch Long Shank
The Extra-Long Hex Socket Wrenches have shanks over a foot long to reach into the hollow core of the 40 and 70 series rods.
Purpose-built Driver
These socket drivers are custom made, combining a driver handle with a hex socket. They are only available from Newport.
