The 1480-S High Speed Fiber-Optic Detector is ideal for characterizing VCSELs and 10-Gbit/s systems. This detector offers a 15 GHz bandwidth with a 62.5 μm multimode input and a 530-870 nm wavelength range. Its clean step responses makes is especially well suited for time-domain characterization of 10-Gbit/s components. In addition, its well-behaved frequency responses makes it useful for frequency domain measurements.
