Beam Aperture Disk, 1.0 inch Diameter, 0.04 inch Aperture

The 70291 Beam Aperture Disk is a 1.0 inch (25.4 mm) diameter aluminum disc with a 0.04 inch circular opening. It acts as a large area pinhole for incoherent light sources such as Xenon or QTH lamps. Beam Aperture Disks are useful for limiting the angular aperture entering a detector or monochromator. Use them with or without a diffuser. The 1.0 inch discs fit into the 7123 Optic Holder and couple to Oriel^® Research Arc Lamp or Q Series Lamp Housings.
