Picomotor Hand ControllerThe 8758 is a robust and fully functional multi-axis hand control pad for controlling your Picomotor actuator products. This hand control pad facilitates local (non-computer) control of Picomotor positioners connected to the 8742 and/or 8743-CL Picomotor controller/drivers. Therefore it is a perfect solution when you need to run a quick test or just want a straightforward handheld controller device.
Organized Control Functions
Control functions are organized into four basic groups:
- controller selection
- motor selection
- variable speed jog control
- forward/reverse single-step & continuous jog control. /ul>When daisy-chained in a master and slave configuration, up to 31 Picomotor controllers/drivers can be interfaced. It draws its electrical power from the Picomotor controller via USB interface thus does not require a separate power supply and it is ergonomically designed to be compatible for both right or left handed users.
Hand Control Pad Mounting Kit
For applications where it is desirable that the model 8758 Hand control pad be securely fastened to an optical table surface, we offer the 8758-MTG-KIT mounting kit. This kit provides all the necessary hardware for the model 8758 Hand control pad to be securely fastened to an optical table surface.
