The 9067-COM-V-M Vacuum Compatible Stainless Steel Commercial Stage is a 1.0 inch (25.4 mm) travel linear translation stage designed to fit directly into your system. This stage has a reduced profile by eliminating the mounting plates. 9067 series stages feature a generous pattern of twenty M4 and twenty one M6 threaded mounting holes. Actuators are not included. We recommend the 8302-V vacuum compatible picomotor actuator for vacuum applications.
