Optical Window, Calcium Fluoride, 15.0 mm Dia., 2.0 mm thick, Uncoated

The CAW13 is a 15.0 mm in diameter and 2.0 mm thick Calcium Fluoride window. Calcium fluoride has a wide spectral range with high transmission (above 90%) between 0.25 μm and 7 μm, making it an excellent choice for deep UV to IR applications. CaF₂ is also an ideal choice for excimer laser optics due to its low absorption and high damage threshold. For selected applications CaF₂ can also be used without an anti-reflective coating as it has a low index of refraction leading to a low refracted light from the second surface.
