Product Series Overview
Industrial Dovetail Linear StagesThe DS25-XYZ Compact Dovetail Linear Stage is preferred for small 0.25 inch XYZ travel applications where set, lock, and forget is required. It is much less susceptible to shock and vibration than bearing stages. The DS series incorporates precision preloaded dovetail slides with an 80 TPI drive screw for precision positioning, hex head adjustment for tamper resistance, and an integral locking mechanism for high stability. The compact 0.98 x 0.98 x 1.93 inch size and critical features of this stage makes it ideal for OEM applications.

Slotted base plates are available for versatile mounting of DS stages to optical tables or other stages. Please see the accessory section for more information.
Easily Combined for Multi-axis Motion
The DS Series Linear Stages are compatible with RS Series Rotation Stages and GON Series Goniometric Stages of matching size (for example, RS40 with DS40, RS65 with DS65). They can be combined to provide multi-axis motion and can be easily adapted to fit a specific system's needs. A six-axis manual positioning system is shown using matched 65 x 65 mm stages.
