Encoder Adapter, XPS-D, DB15 to HD26, For VP-25XL

The E5820A XPS-D Encoder Adapter converts a DB15-style calibration module to HD26. This adapter is for use with the VP-25XL & ONE-XY series stages when driven by an XPS-D or XPS-RLD controller.
