Precision Singlet Lens SetsThe LKIT-FS2AR.10 set is a Precision Singlet Introductory Lens Kit. The kit provides an economical selection of lenses. There are 15 lenses in this set. They are made from quality fused silica with all four basic shapes, 25.4 mm in diameter and are anti-reflection coated for 245-440nm.
All lenses are edge marked with their Newport product number, making them easy to identify and hard to misplace. The edge marking is impervious to standard cleaning solutions. The lenses are packaged in a protective hardwood case, and are held in place by foam inserts with the slots clearly labeled with part number and focal length.
Newport lens sets can speed up assembly of complex optical setups and facilitate engineering prototype evaluation. Educators will find lens sets to be useful tools for demonstrating fundamental optical principles to students.
