Laser Diode Module, 1064 nm, 150 mW, Analog, Elliptical Beam
The LQA1064-150E Laser Diode Module with Analog Modulation is a self-contained LD module with superior optical quality, a very high precision current source and a PID temperature controller, built in the module. This Fabry-Perot (FP) 1064 nm typical Laser Diode Module with a 150 mW elliptical beam comes in a self contained module. LQA Series Laser Diode Modules can be analog modulated up to 20 MHz. To modulate the LQA Series diode laser modules from below-threshold (at 0 V) to full power (at +1 V) requires an external 1 VDC analog input. Download the user's manual for complete operating instructions. The modulation sources must be provided by the user. LQA-CAB cable is recommended for modulation interface between the modulation source and the diode laser module. This module requires a 5 VDC external power supply. A LPMS-5 Series Power Supply (not included) must be used with this LD module to meet CDRH requirements by providing an interlock input, key enable switch, delayed start-up, and laser active indicator. Warranty is not applicable when a custom power supply is used to drive the module. Specifications
