PVIV Probe Kit, PVIV and QE Systems

The PVIV-PROBE-KIT provides an electrical contact probe for use with the Oriel Instruments’ Quantum Efficiency and PVIV measurement systems. A convenient adapter plate allows the probe to mount easily onto a temperature controlled vacuum chuck.
