Product Series Overview
Oriel I-V Test StationProvides temperature control for the device under test as well as vacuum positioning capability when used for IV measurements using any Oriel Sol3A, Sol2A, or Sol1A solar simulators and IV test station. The rail mounted design incorporates positions for up to a 6x6 sample and a calibrated solar reference cell. Both the device under test and reference cell are maintained at a constant temperature when the chuck is used with a circulating water bath (sold separately). Samples are held in place under vacuum supplied from an external vacuum source (sold separately). Samples can be electrically probed using magnetically positioned sampling probes (sold separately) in various configurtions.
