Laser Diode, TO-56 and TO-9 PackageThe TO9-152-161 Laser Diode is a popular Fabry-Perot laser diode with a typical center wavelength of 1345 nm ± 20 nm, with 2.0 Watts CW output power. When operated in pulsed mode has a center wavelength of 1330 nm ± 20 nm (20 watts peak pulsed) in a standard TO-9 package. It is multimode, which allows for high coupling efficiency into optical fibers.
