High Angular Stiffness Rotation Stages
Our High Angular Stiffness Rotation Stages were initially designed to meet the specifications of large mirror mounts built for high power laser facilities and ISO-7 clean environment. They share the same screw and gear design as RV series stages, but the screw is mounted rigidly on the worm gear, thus resulting in higher stiffness. In addition, special ball bearings are used to get a high axial rigidity on the main screw. They are currently offered in two versions: high-speed RVU-HS and high-speed high accuracy RVU-HAHS, both equipped with Brushless DC motors. The stages come configured with external amplifiers.
