For compact, small footprint optical systems, the MSPH Series Miniature Slotted Base Optical Post Holders provide continuous vertical control for components mounted with 0.31 in. (7.9mm) diameter posts such as the TSP Series miniature posts. The slotted-base design offers the same versatile positioning found in their standard size versions, while a hex-key set screw keeps a low profile. Available in four different lengths to enable a wide range of optical heights at very low cost.

Features
Low-cost, Secure, Miniature Optical Post Mounts
Available in four heights, 1.25, 1.75, 2.25, and 3.25 in. (31.8, 44.5, 57.2, 82.6 mm), these 5/16th in. (7.9 mm) diameter posts securely support our MSP and TSP series miniature posts for compact optical system needs at the lowest cost. These post holders have a double bored inner diameter to provide full two-line contact with the MSP series miniature posts and can be mounted alongside their standard-size versions for easy integration into a wide variety of set-ups.
Open-Slotted Base for Versatile Positioning
Using the same mechanism as the standard-size versions, the slotted base design holds these bases to standard optical tables with 1/4-20 or M6 screws within the range of the base that provides positioning versatility.
Hex-Key Set Screw Minimizes Profile
The miniature posts these bases support lock into place at the desired height using an M4 set screw, instead of a protruding knob. The set screw locks using a hex-key to keep the profile of these bases to a minimum and provide the most versatility for arranging a compact system.
