Linear stage joining pegs are used to join 460P and 460PD Series stages together for multi-axis and other configurations. They can also be used to quickly connect and remove posts.

Mount Stages with Excellent Repeatability

The 460PD and 460P linear stages feature our patented peg joining system to construct multi-axis configurations easily. The tight toleranced fit of the peg into the stages results in their removal and replacement with excellent repeatability.

Install and Remove Posts Quickly

The PS-1P peg adaptor post allows posts to be preciely installed and removed without changing its location in an optical setup – this system also allows quick mounting or removal of an optical breadboard plate. The SR-4P special purpose extension rod also includes a peg fastener so that two SR-4P rods can be combined and aligned for extended travel.
