XY Linear Stage, 13 mm Travel, 1/4-20 Thread, Aperture

The 406 High-Performance Large Platform Integrated Two-Axis Linear Stage integrates two orthogonal positioners into a single low profile unit. This stage offers high load capacity in a design based on three parallel plates. Bearing blocks in the top and bottom plates hold pre-loaded linear ball bushings. The inner plate supports pairs of hardened and polished steel rods that ride in the bushings. Backlash is eliminated by spring loading the moving assemblies against the tip of the actuator. The stages may be mounted in any orientation. This stages has a 2.25 in. (57.2 mm) diameter aperture platform and features a convenient array of 1/4-20 tapped holes.  Actuators are not included.  We recommend our SM-13, DM-13, HR-13, or DM-13L micrometers, our AJS-100-0.5 adjustment screw, and our LTA-HS motorized actuator.
