Linear Stage, 0.5 in. Travel, 4-40, 8-32, 1/4-20, Vacuum, No Baseplate

The 9066-COM-V Commercial Vacuum Compatible Stainless Steel Crossed Roller Bearing Linear Translation Stage is a 0.5 inch travel linear translation stage designed to fit directly into your system. These stages are clean assembled and utilize low vapor pressure grease appropriate for vacuum and clean environments. This stage has a reduced profile by eliminating the mounting plates. 9066 series stages feature a generous pattern of eight 4-40. ten 8-32 and three 1/4-20 threaded mounting holes.  Actuators are not included. We recommend the 8301-V vacuum compatible picomotor actuators for vacuum applications.
