Kinematic Base, Cone, Optical Breadboard Adaptor

The AKP-BC is the Cone version of the three kinematic base plates included with the AKP-AJ and AKP-FX set of Kinematic Breadboard Adaptors. These components can be used to create highly stable and repeatable kinematic mechanisms such as custom kinematic bases or mounts in the Cone-V-Flat configuration. These parts are made to be used together with the AKP-BV “V”- and AKP-BF “Flat”- shaped precision kinematic base plates. The precision 10 μ-in. surface finish and the super hard tungsten-carbide material make these ideal for the most demanding applications.
