Product Series Overview
BM Thread-Mount Micrometer HeadsThe BM11.5 Micrometer features micron-scale resolution and very smooth motion for precision positioning applications. It has a 5 mm travel range and with axial load capacity of 40 N. BM micrometers, which mount via their threaded bezel and are held in place with a threaded collar, are the standard choice of actuator on UMR and MVN Series Stages and on SL Series Mirror Mounts.
Not Just for UMR & MVN Series Stages
Although these micrometers are the standard choice of actuator on UMR and MVN series Stages, their threaded bezel allows them to be used in a variety of applications where precise positioning is required.
Threaded Lock Collar Advantages
The threaded collar found on all BM Series micrometers not only allows easy front-side installation, it also allows the user to fine tune the distance between the micrometer's tip and the contact point.
