UV-Si Photodiode, Amplified, 200-1100 nm, 1-stage TE cooled, 5 mm, NIST

The DET-L-SIUV-T-C Silicon Photovoltaic Detector for LIDA™ houses an unbiased, photovoltaic mode operated photodiode coupled to a trans impedance amplifier. The internal 5 mm diameter active area, UV-enhanced Silicon photodiode with 1-stage TE cooler and low-noise trans impedance amplifier provides excellent light detection performance from 200-1100 nm, with the trans impedance amplifier providing a gain of 104 V/A to 109 V/A over 0.01 Hz-100 kHz frequencies. The 1-stage TE cooler is capable of cooling the Silicon photocathode to 250C below the ambient operating temperature. This detector includes a NIST traceable calibration, making it suitable for absolute measurements over its entire sensitivity range.
This flange mounted photodiode sensor provides a BNC connector for signal output. The 1.5 inch female flange simplifies the integration to one of our many Oriel light sources and monochromators.
