Product Series Overview
Quick-Mount, Ball Bearing StagesThe M-460A-XYZ-LH 12.7mm Travel Three-Axis Quick-Mount Linear Stages has an integrated, yet modular, design allowing for increased versatility. The Z Axis Stage/Bracket is user removable allowing conversion of an XYZ Model to an XY Model. The left-handed configured M-460A-XYZ-LH features all aluminum construction with hardened ball bearings running along opposing pairs of polished and hardened stainless steel rods. This offers exceptional straightness of travel, but a lower load capacity than our crossed-roller bearing stages. The stages are spring loaded against the drive actuator for backlash free motion. Vertical-drive assemblies carry the load through the actuator spindle rather than the springs for positive load support. Metric M6 tapped mounting holes are provided. Three actuators are required and are ordered separately.

Both X and XY configurations of these stages have the same minimum profile height of 1 in. to fit easily anywhere. Stainless steel actuator mounts are compatible with either manual or motorized actuators to accommodate your precision needs, sold with (-MIC models) or without actuators included.
