Adjustable Light Shields

These adjustable light shields are useful for coupling the output from an Oriel^® Light Source to a Monochromator or Spectrograph. Their black anodized aluminum body allows them to be used with light sources up to 1000 W in input power.

1.5 Inch, 2 Inch, or 3 Inch Flange Sizes

When selecting a light shield, the flange size and range of extension should be considered. Each light shield has a male flange on one end and a female flange on the other for simplified coupling. In cases in which components of two different flange sizes or two same gender flanges must be coupled, we offer a complete line of Flange Couplers and Adapters.

High Power Applications

Their black anodized aluminum body construction makes them suitable for use with light sources up to 1000 W in input power.
