Features
Step Couplers
The LT-S Lens Tube Step Adapters allow coupling between the 0.5 and 1.0 in. LT Series lens tubes as well as the 1.0 and 2.0 in. LT Series lens tubes. The LT-S step adapters couple the internal thread of the smaller diameter lens tube to the external thread of the larger diameter lens tube. The two step adapters can be combined to provide a direct connection between the 0.5 and 2.0 in. LT Series lens tubes.
Tube Couplers
The LT Series Tube Couplers provide a connection between two like sides of two 1.0 or 2.0 in. LT Series lens tubes. The LT-LN Couplers connect two externally threaded lens tubes while the LT-LX Couplers connect two internally threaded lens tubes. The LT-LX Couplers include two lock nuts for short-range focusing between two lens tubes.
1.0 in. Lens Mounts Adapter
Our 1.0 in. Lens Mount Adapter LT10-NP1 allows LT10 Series lens tubes to be mounted directly to any of our standard 1.0 in. diameter mounts with 1.063-20 internal threading. Standard mounts include, but are not limited to, the LP-1A, LH-1A, LA1V-XY, and RM25A.
Thread Adapters
The LT-BS1 Thread Adapters convert threading sizes to allow product coupling to the LT Series lens tubes. These adapters are offered in two different conversion sizes. The LT-10-BS1 converts 1.438-20 threads to 1.035-40 and the LT-20-BS1 converts 2.063-20 threads to 2.035-40. These thread adapters allow a CH-1 Beamsplitter Holder to be attached to a 1.0 or 2.0 in. LT Series lens tube.
C-Mount Adapters
Our C-Mount Adapters are used to connect 1.0 in. LT Series lens tubes with camera lenses, beam expanders, or focal-plane array camera modules. They have a 1.00-32 threading and are offered in two oppositely threaded models. The LT10-CMT-N adapter has an internal C-Mount thread and an external thread for the LT Series lens tube while the LT10-CMT-X adapter has an external C-Mount thread and an internal thread for the lens tube.
Objective Lens Adapter
The LT10-RMS-N Objective Lens Adapter allows integration of RMS threaded components with 1.0 in. LT Series lens tubes.
Lens Tube Accessories
Newport provides various adapters for the lens tube system to go with different mounting threads or sizes. The LT-BS Series go with LP-1A positioners and CH-1 cube beamsplitter mount. LT-CMT series are C-mount adapters and LT10-RMS works for the RMS threads. LT-S series adapt different sizes of lenses. LT-LX and LT-LN lens tube couplers connect lens tubes of same size for customizable length.
