Interface Kit, Q Series Housing to Power Supply, DC Arc Lamps

The 60025 Interface Kit is used to connect a Q Series lamp housing to the 69907 arc lamp power supply. This item provides ignition for Xenon and Mercury arc lamps. It also includes a safety interlock feature to ensure the lamp cannot be used without the lamp housing cover being in place. When ordering a Q Series Light Sources for arc lamps, this interface kit is provided along with all other items needed to power the lamp. If the 60000 Q Housing is being configured by ordering individual parts, the 60025 is a required item whenever an arc lamp is to be used. Note that the 60025 is not for use with IR emitters, deuterium lamps or quartz tungsten halogen lamps. Because the Q Series Lamp Housing is designed to be flexible and easy to reconfigure, when using these other types of light sources, order the appropriate interface kit.
