Product Series Overview
DC Servo Linear Stage With CONEX™ ControllerThe CONEX-MFACC, a compact, all-steel construction linear stages with integrated controller, provides precision motion with 0.1 μm Minimum Incremental Motion and excellent stability and stiffness. The CONEX-MFACC features a DC-motor with an integrated gear-box and a motor-mounted high resolution rotary encoder. Faster motion with higher reliability and lower backlash makes it ideal for applications requiring small incremental motion with high dynamic speed and good repeatability. Typical applications for this stage are fiber optic alignment, laser diode research, bio-medical applications and inspection systems.
The CONEX™ controller comes with a USB cable and a CONEX-PS-CB for daisy-chaining modules. Power supply to be ordered separately. For OEM applications, an optional retainer to secure the USB and power cables is available.
Scalable Architecture
Compact Controller with Integrated Stage
In terms of size, the CONEX-CC controller is comparable to a deck of cards, only measuring 93 x 53 x 23 mm. Six controllers can fit on a CONEX-BP baseplate. The CONEX-MFACC is ideal for space-confined applications.
All Steel Stage
USB Communication with PC
Communication between the CONEX™ controller and PC is achieved via the integrated USB interface, providing a fast ubiquitous communication protocol. For OEM's or security sensitive applications, RS-232 and RS-485 are embedded onto the controller.
