Performa-i Hex-Driven Mirror MountsThe P100-Ai21 PERFORMA™-i Optical Mounts has been optimized for industrial OEM applications requiring precise angular adjustment, high stability, and set, lock, and forget capability. Two tamper-resistant hex head precision 100 TPI integral adjustment screws provide high-resolution ±4° angular motion. Extra-stiff springs enhance long-term stability and provide greater protection against vibrations. Our patented thread pitch lock securely locks the adjustment screw with just a simple counter-clockwise turn, without influencing the position of the front plate of the mount. The front plate is anodized per MIL-8625C, type III, providing an ultra-hard bearing surface for the adjustment screws. We've tested this mount to over 200,000 turns of the adjustment screw with no degradation in performance. That’s well over 20 years of typical use. This PERFORMA™-i Aperture Optical Mount is for 1 inch (25.4 mm) diameter optics. KD.75 and KD.37 knobs are available as an option for use with the hex head adjustment screws.

Threaded Aperture Mounts for Thin Optic
The threaded aperture versions are designed to hold thin optics and lenses with threaded retainers. P100-At28 and P100-At38 include not only a threaded retaining ring but also a protective Delrin spacer to prevent scratching the optic's coating or surface as it is secured. P50-At21 and P200-At28 feature a fully threaded design and include two retaining rings for holding the optic. They also allow for mounting of lens tubes or other optical components with matching threads. Vacuum pick-up tools and spanner wrench facilitate installation and removal of the optic.
Locking Allen-Key Adjusters
Performa-i Series industrial mounts feature Allen-key adjustments to save space and prevent unintended adjustment. A flexure lock is built into the mount body and exerts a tangential force on the screw to prevent rotation. Adjustment and locking actions are accomplished using a single tool from the same side of the mount.
