The TO9-121 Laser Diode is a popular Fabry-Perot laser diode with a typical center wavelength of 1465nm ±20nm, with 1.8 Watts CW output power. When operated in pulsed mode has a center wavelength of 1450nm ±20nm (17 watts pulsed) in a standard TO-9 package.
