XPS-RLD Motion Controller (2 or 4 Axis): Requires an XPS-EDBL High Power Amplifier.
XPS-D Motion Controller (2, 4, 6 or 8 Axis): Requires an XPS-EDBL High Power Amplifier.

Compatible motion controllers for IDL165-LM linear motor driven stages are:

XPS-RLD Motion Controller (2 or 4 Axis): Requires an XPS-DRV11 driver module.
