Optical Power Detector, Silicon, UV-Enhanced, Unamplified, Calibrated

The 71650 Calibrated, UV-Enhanced Silicon Photodetector is operated in photovoltaic mode for best DC and low frequency performance. This 10 mm x 10 mm Silicon detector has a 200 to 1100 nm calibration range, which enables spectroradiometric measurements to be made. This detector has been integrated into our 1.5 Inch Series female flanged housing.

An external amplifier, such as model 70710, is recommended when acquiring low light signals.
