Compatible Controllers
Compatible motion controllers for the IDL280-Z20 vertical stage are:
- XPS-RLD Motion Controller (2 or 4 Axis): Requires an XPS-DRV11 Driver Module.
- XPS-D Motion Controller (2, 4, 6 or 8 Axis): Requires an XPS-DRV11 Driver Module.
The maximum power consumption is 50 W.

Matched to IDL Linear Translation Stages
Based on a customer-proven and modular wedge design, the IDL280-Z20 provides sub-micron MIM, smooth motion and stiff construction for use with high dynamic performance XY systems. In particular, it is matched to the IDL280 industrial-grade linear motor translation stages, making it easy to securely construct multi-axis systems, and provides unobstructed access to the payload from any side.
